White Crane Tai Chi

Learn Tai Chi beginning Yang style 24 form by practicing the White Crane Set. Go on to experience Black Tiger Tai Chi and advance to learn the Red Dragon Set.

 

Basic Tai Chi stretching, stances and stepping are taught in the first lesson followed by step by step instruction tailored to fit your ability. Classes are designed to improve balance, core strength, and flexibility.

Visualizations like "circle the moon" and "gentle breeze turns the lotus" enhance the learner's understanding of this ancient Chinese gentle stretching exercise.

 

Learn the animal forms of Tai Chi, including the tiger, crane, monkey, snake, eagle, horse and dragon. Learn the arts of "Rice Paper Walking" and "White Snake Flicks Tongue".

 

Begin your Tai Chi training by learning the mountain basic stance and feel the earth's energy rise up to the top of its peaks and then dash down like waterfalls to the serenity of mountain lakes.

 

Tai Chi breathing will ad power to your movements and improve the flow of chi (life force energy) throughout the body.

Meditation Improves Mental Focus

Master Instructor George King addresses proper body position, seating, and breathing in the first lesson. Students learn mindfulness, mantra, chakras, botanical, secret garden, golden orb and other styles of meditation. The goal of most students is to relieve stress and reach a state of complete relaxation.

 

Learn the art of witnessing, third eye, my guru, and energy stream meditation. Guided meditation helps students learn to absorb cosmic energy and connect to the universe.

Learn to activate seven chakras and experience progressive relaxation technique. Awake from meditation feeling refreshed and energized.
